After our 5-days Boracay trip, we went back home for the New Year on the 30th of December 2010. Before we left for Boracay, I have asked my sister to organize a whole pig (for lechon) during the New Year’s Eve. I want Papa K to experience how is it made. (He is a chef by the way)
From live pig to the finished product, he witnessed everything and even took videos and photos! When the lechon was placed on the dining table, we gave him the honor to chop it down. Hahaha! He enjoyed it and of course he fell in love with the taste!
It was the best New Year I had, and so with Papa K. 🙂
